General Questions:
What is BigSmoney.com?
BigSmoney is a free service which members can make money by completing offers, surveys or referring people.
Does it cost me anything to participate in BigSmoney?
Most of the offers are free of charge, and do not require you to use a credit card. But by using a credit card, you can earn 10 times more.
How do I join?
Step 1: Become a member of BigSmoney by clicking on the "Create Account" button.
Step 2: Enter your email to verify your account; verify your account by clicking on the activation link in your email.
Step 3: Fill in the required fields
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one
account per household, however each person registering an account must have a
separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able
to edit any of your information except your Login ID.
I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international users, but all of our offers are limited to the United States. If you are living outside of the United States, you can earn money by referring people.
Earnings Questions:
How do I earn money through BigSmoney?
You can earn money by completing offers, surveys or referring people.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum of $23.
How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach the mimimim payout, you will see the redemption option
appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will
validate your account, and then begin the payment process.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within a month.
How does payout work?
We will pay you at the end of each month. Request your payment before the last day of that month, and we will pay you on or around the last day of the following month. For instance, if you cashout by January 31st, you will receive you prizes by February 31th.
How am I paid?
We will pay you by Simon Gift Cards.
Why I was not credited for an offer i completed?
Almost all offers are credit instantly upon completion. But for some offers, please be patient, and allow up to 3 weeks for crediting.
Referral Questions:
How can I refer other?
Copy your referral link and post it anywhere you can think of. You can post your referral link to websites, forums, blogs, Myspace, Facebook,etc...
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links"
page.
What can I earn through referrals?
You can earn 30% of your referral total earnings.
This means for every offer someone you refer completes, you earn 30% of the amount they earned.
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day.
Will he/she loses money for using my referral link?
No, this referral program does not take money away from the person doing the offer.
